What type of files can I upload?

For print files:

Preferred Format: PDF (.pdf) — ideally with bleeds and trim marks included, if applicable.

• Also Accepted: Vector files such as .eps, .svg, and .ai.

• Note: We can accept bitmap formats like .jpg and .png, but these are not recommended due to potential quality issues that may only become apparent during printing.

For design files:

Preferred Formats:

• Packaged native design files such as .indd (InDesign), .ai (Illustrator), and .psd (Photoshop).

• Vector formats including .eps, .svg, and vector-based .pdf files.

If We’re Handling the Design:

If you're sending us content to be used in a design we’re creating for you—such as logos, photos, or written material—we accept nearly all commonly used file types, including:

• Image files (.jpg, .png, .tiff)

• Vector files (.eps, .svg, .ai )

• Document files (.docx, .pdf, .txt)

• Spreadsheet files (.xlsx, .csv)

• Any notes, reference material, or supporting content you'd like us to incorporate

If you're unsure about a file type, go ahead and send it—we’ll review it and let you know if any changes are needed.

How do I send artwork?

Email files to info@watermark47.com.

If you are sending a large file, you can use a third party website such as Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive.
